Well we’d be pleased as punch to print one for you, but when we started looking into it we encountered way too much red tape for our liking. The Gunners have instigated a policy to have journalists sign a contract (actual copy below) giving the band final okay on every single word of every single article. But even though we won’t compromise, in case you’d like a crack at your very own personal interview with the Boys, here’s your chance. No guarantees, of course, but they insist all interview requests start with this. So, fill in the blanks, sign on the dotted line, mail the contract to the address below, and sell your soul for rock ’n’ roll.

(1) (a)We agree to appear at an interview session occurring on _______________ (the "Session") during which you shall interview us. The information obtained by you at the Session shall be hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Interview."

(b) You hereby acknowledge and agree that we shall own all right, title and interest, including without limitation, the copyright, in and to the Interview and all transcriptions or summaries thereof. Accordingly, the Interview shall be entirely our property, free of any claim whatsoever by you, or any other person, firm, or corporation (it being understood that for the purpose of your services hereunder, you shall be our employee for hire).

(c) The rights granted by you and acquired by us herein shall include, without limitation, all right, title and interest in (i) all copyrights in and to the Interview and all renewals and extensions thereof in the United States of America and all copyrights and proprietary rights therein in all countries throughout the world; (ii) all transcriptions or summaries of the Interview and all copyrights in and to such transcriptions or summaries and all renewals and extensions thereof in the United Sates of America and all copyrights and proprietary rights therein in all other countries throughout the world; and (iii) all causes of action for infringement of copyright and all other rights of whatsoever nature, vested or contingent, past, present and future, in and to the Interview and transcriptions or summaries of the Interview and all proceeds from the foregoing accrued and unpaid and hereafter accruing.

(2) (a)You shall submit to us for our written approval, which we may withhold for any reason, any article, story, transcript or recording that is in any way connected with or based on the Interview (hereinafter the "Proposed Piece"). The Proposed Use. if any. approved by us in writing shall be referred to herein as the "Approved Piece."

(b) You shall have the right to use the Approved Piece solely in connection with _________________ (the Approved Use"), solely one (1) time. Neither you nor any third party shall use the Interview of the Approved Piece in any manner other than as set forth herein.

(3) You shall have the right to use our name solely in connection with the Approved Use; provided, however, prior to your such use. you shall submit to us for our written approval, which we may withhold for any reason, all such material concerning us and the purpose for which you desire to use such material. In the event we shall disapprove any such material concerning us, you shall have no right to use the same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event you shall desire to use the material concerning us so approved in accordance with the terms of this paragraph 3 in connection with any advertising placed by you or under your control in respect of the Approved Use, you shall have the right to use such material only if you shall utilize similar material concerning other persons whose names are embodied in the Approved Use and you shall give such material concerning us no greater or no lesser emphasis than you shall give material concerning such other persons in any such advertising.

(4) You hereby warrant, represent and agree that you have obtained all necessary consents, if any, in connection with your use of the Interview. You hereby agree to and do hereby indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, losses and expenses (including legal costs and attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any use by you of the Approved Use and/or the Approved Piece.

(5) You agree that the privileges granted to you may be revoked at any time. Since it is impractical or impossible to calculate the damages which a breach by you would cause us, you agree that in the event of any breach of any of the foregoing provisions, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages in the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).

(6) All rights not expressly granted herein are expressly reserved by us.
