Haha That's true but comp makes you lazy and it's easier to chat to those hundreds of fiends than go and see them. OK I admit that's not exactly always true 'cause nowadays with FB for example I've got in touch with ppl I haven't met for years and afterwards respectively met most of them and I generally meet much more people than a few yrs ago when I didn't use FB and skype.

My ass is wet. Apparently my rain gear wasn't waterproof. Wet to the bones. Very cold to sit in my office with wet trousers. Sitting on a pullover because the office chair is also wet now. At least I had a pair of dry socks lying here.

not to get into too much personal detail but almost a month ago, I received some disturbing health news...since then, I've completely overhauled my diet and began exercising...and I've lost 17 pounds in 23 days and feel incredible

Well done! Settle for a diet and exercise regime you will be comfortable with in the long-run because otherwise it's too easy to relapse. Good luck! Very Happy

I eat too much, but bike a lot every day to work. It's a frail equilibrium.

On a different note: just finished updating the setlists for the UCAP tour. Now I will turn to adding pre-1993 shows to the database.

I allowed myself to feel a little hate and thoughts of revenge today while listening to witness accounts in the trial against Breivik, especially the account from a father to a girl who was 7 meters away from the bomb and who astonishingly survived.

My parents have one bordering at their backyard. Smelling like cat piss a lot. Very annoying, especially since my dad is allergic to cats.

We should train the new dog to scare all those 50 cats away.
