In the city of Hollywood, such stuff creates a reputation. Satin-jacketed record label people strolled down the boulevard, past the bums, the drunk and vomiting groupies, listened to the band and invited them to dinner. Guns n 'Roses enjoyed free food. "So we started to eat and now our clothes don't fit anymore!" They are now the proud owners of a record contract.

I'm under the impression Axl was actually referring to Vicky Hamilton and her roommate, Jennifer.
