Guns ‘N Roses By Another Name

We’re betting Guns 'N Roses wouldn’t have had nearly the success they had if they’d chosen to storm the country with the name Saul’s ’N Roses. This is not exactly something we would normally spend a lot of time thinking about, but then we saw Slash, the disheveled guitarist, frolicking at the nudie club Scores the other night, living the life most rockers really live.

Lots of long hair, long money and long-legged women. Everything was fine for a few hours as Slash downed double Absoluts (despite reports that was kicking alcohol) and tipped the strippers heavily.

But then he pulled out his credit card to pay for his bar tab and the music almost died. The card read, “Saul Hudson.” The bartender did a double take before Slash explained, “That’s my real name, don’t worry about it.” Oy. Next thing you know we’ll hear Axl Rose’s real name is Seymour Flowers.
