So far a new 02 show in Dublin, a Poland date and an appearance on Gods of Metal in Milan has been announced by venues.

I smell a live recording. I also expect some new material to be played, little by little, over the course of the touring. They may go into studio to record this new material fresh off of the road from this upcoming tour(s) or in between legs once the songs are worked out live, song list to be selected from what works out well live plus some additional never heard before ear candy. Axl and the boys taking up the reins post-HOF and post-Azoff settlement in, of all places, Dublin, where it has been reported that Axl has "unfinished business" suggests to me an attitude I've always admired GNR for. I hope GNR bring the Dublin audience to it's knees in a really good way and takes Europe like conquering heroes.... I've a bit of a romantic streak.

And is Hellfest still on? I didn't see it on the list of that gnrdaily article on France.

Yes, there were numerous quote from members saying that the band would now focus on working on a new record. Now it seems like at least the first half of 2012 will be devoted to live shows.

I don't know about Hellfest.

The UK band Xcerts will open for GN'R on their UK tour:

About to head out on their own headline tour THE XCERTS have just received the rather amazing news that they will be supporting the one and only Guns N' Roses on their forthcoming UK arena shows!

Speaking of the dates lead singer Murray Macleod says, 'It will be an honour to play with a band of Guns N' Roses stature and we are looking forward to taking 'Scatterbrain' to the big stage'.
