Steven Adler Announces that Hibernation is Over! Massive Year of Music and Concerts set for 2024!

Rock n’ roll summer 2024 just got a lot more fun – hard rock and glam metal icon Steven Adler to bring hits of Guns N’ Roses in concert to cities throughout the US.

“Time to come out of hibernation!” announces Steven Adler, the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame drummer who took the world by storm with Guns N’ Roses and has since embraced stardom in his solo career.

“I’m like a bear, when it gets cold out, I go into hiding,” laughs Adler. “But instead of sleeping in a cave, I hang out with my beautiful wife in the California sun, enjoy time with my beloved dogs and new foster puppy, and hit the drums and play, play, play.”

Adler’s playful hibernation reference refers to the time between December 31 and the beginning of summer when many of the top touring acts take time off the road. Aside from Taylor Swift, it’s hard to think of anything more popular in live music this summer than the rockers that made the Sunset Strip the hotbed of the music industry in the 1980s and 90s.

As a solo artist, Adler has become a big draw to concert audiences across the U.S. and abroad. He provides an experience no other drummer in the world can – hearing the songs that made the World’s Most Dangerous Band famous played by the creator of the signature beats.

Appetite For Destruction, the debut album that put Adler and the rest of the young rockers on the map, was recently inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Those are the very songs that highlight the music experience Adler and his solo band are bringing to eager audiences this year.

Adler will be a mammoth presence on the rock circuit throughout 2024. Fans simply cannot get enough of the music that Adler made legendary as the signature drummer for GNR. And nobody plays the songs like Alder.

Slash, Duff McKagan, Izzy Stradlin have all credited the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame drummer with giving GNR their distinctive sound. In fact, Adler has played on every one of GNR’s hits to reach the Billboard Top 10.

“Playing live for the fans is when I’m happiest,” grins Adler. “We’re going to bring the music to every city we can this summer.”

Every member of GNR has its fans, and although Adler is focused on his work as a solo artist, he remains the favorite of many GNR fans because of his musical skills, his warm and genuine personality, his authenticity, and his love of life. That fun-loving personality even inspired Axl Rose to nickname the fan favorite “Popcorn” one night in concert – noting the way his signature blond locks bounce as he hammers on the drums.

Joe Kay of Play That Rock n’ Roll summed up the Steven Adler band’s performance at last year’s Summerfest, the biggest music event in Wisconsin, by enthusiastically praising the swagger, musicianship, and all-around skills displayed on stage throughout the entire set.

Former Guns N' Roses Drummer Steven Adler Announces Summer 2024 North American Tour Dates

Former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler has announced a series of North American tour dates for this summer.

The trek will kick off on June 8 in Fargo, North Dakota and is currently scheduled to conclude on August 2 in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Joining Adler to bring songs like "Paradise City", "Welcome To The Jungle", "Sweet Child O' Mine", "Civil War", "My Michelle", "Mr. Brownstone" and "Rocket Queen" to life are guitarists Michael Thomas and Alistair James, bassist Christian Sturba and singer Ariel Kamin.

"You don't bet better than Michael Thomas and Alistair James; they are two of the best guitarists in rock," noted Adler.

Thomas previously delighted music fans as the lead guitarist for Engines Of Aggression, Beautiful Creatures and Faster Pussycat. In addition to providing Adler with smooth rhythms, James has produced recordings for Hollywood Vampires — the supergroup featuring Johnny Depp, Joe Perry of Aerosmith, and Alice Cooper.

Kamin was a well-known rocker in Argentina with such bands as Criaturas Salvages and GN'R tribute act Son Of A Gun when he was selected to come to the U.S. and join Adler in electrifying audiences with the music of Guns N' Roses. Audiences have been blown away.

"Ari Kamin is the total package. He's everything a rock 'n' roll front man is supposed to be," Adler said. "Not only does he have an incredible voice, he really connects with the audience. He's one of the best you'll ever experience."
