I am proud of my little army of mods. I don't think they have done any moderation, yet, though, but there hasn't been any reason to. You want to become a mod yourself?

None of the other mods earned anything. I basically go with my gut feeling and if I turn out to be wrong I just demote them swiftly and think no more of it.
