Slash and his estranged wife, Perla Ferrar, are coming face-to-face in front of a judge Tuesday to hash out parts of their contentious divorce ... and she's already won one battle.

The Guns N' Roses rocker and his ex are both in an L.A. courtroom trying to reach an agreement in the divorce that's been ongoing since 2014. Perla just got one of the things she'd been asking for -- access to Slash's Internet provider records with Charter Communications. We broke the story ... Perla thinks the records will prove Slash's gf has been harassing her online.

The judge says she's granting that motion, but there are several other issues on the table. The hearing is still going.

UPDATE

9:57 AM PT -- Slash and Perla are both single, officially! Both sides informed the judge they reached an agreement in their divorce, and the judge just signed off.

3:44 PM PT -- According to the divorce settlement -- obtained by TMZ -- Slash will pay Perla $6.6 million as well as $100,000 per month in spousal support and $39,000 per month in child support.

Slash will keep all his guitars and any musical compositions he owns ... with future proceeds belonging to Slash. He'll also get a 2011 Ford F-150 and the Beverly Hills house. Perla will get the house in L.A., a 2014 Range Rover, 2 Mercedes.

Perla gets primary physical custody -- and get this -- each kid will get .09% of Slash's income for the next 20 years.

Slash Shows Up to Court to Face Off With Estranged Wife Over Divorce

Slash threw on his fanciest leather jacket and headed downtown to meet his estranged wife in court and hopefully bring an end to their volatile divorce.

The Guns n’ Roses legend just walked into the Los Angeles courthouse, and we’re told he’s draped in black, including a leather jacket, with only one arm in the sleeve, and black jeans.

We’re told Slash is wearing his hair down, and left his trademark top hat at home for the trip to court. He also brought along his formidable legal team as they prepare to battle it out with Perla Ferrar and her lawyers.

As we reported, the ex-couple has been going back and forth for quite some time. Slash accused Perla of dragging her feet in the divorce, but she claims the rocker is hiding money and financial information that could greatly impact the amount of support she gets.

Perla also believes Slash’s girlfriend is behind a string of Instagram threats and has been lobbying for Slash’s internet logs be turned over to help identify the culprit.

The fireworks are set to kick off shortly, we’ll keep you updated.

9:20 AM: The judge in the case just granted the supbonea for the Instagram records, explaining there is sufficient evidence that someone with inside knowledge of their situation is posting public messages.

We’re told Slash appears calm and focused.

9:55 AM: Both sides just finished their arguments about why the other party is holding things up. Perla’s attorney, Marty Singer, pointed out that the rockstar made $45 million last year and is worried that financial information may have been concealed. Slash’s attorney claimed Perla was not deceived with anything, and also made it clear that they believe the Guns N’ Roses money is his alone.

They also both entered a judgment, that the judge signed, making them both single.

Slash and his ex-wife have finally put their rubber stamp on their divorce settlement and the Guns ‘N Roses rocker will be cracking open his checkbook big time.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Slash will make a $6,627,352 equalization payment to Perla Ferrar and then fork over $100,000 per month in spousal support. Slash will also be required to pay $39,000 per month in child support and the children will also collect 1.8% of Slash’s income until the year 2036.

Slash proposed these numbers to the court back in June and he and Perla were finally able to formally file the agreement during their court appearance on Tuesday.

Perhaps most importantly to Slash, he gets to keep his guitar collection, which he has valued at $1.92 million. The settlement docs list every single one of them — yes, all 221 of them — and there are some insanely expensive ones on the list:

Slash and ex-wife reach $6.6 million divorce settlement that gives the Guns & Roses rocker 221 guitars valued at $1.92 million: report

The fretting over Slash’s multimillion-dollar divorce settlement is over.

The Guns & Roses guitarist and his ex-wife Perla Ferrar filed a formal agreement Tuesday after months of discord, according to TheBlast.com.

Slash, whose real name is Saul Hudson, agreed to make a $6,627,352 equalization payment to Ferrar and then pay $100,000 per month in spousal support, the website said.

The rocker also reportedly will pay $39,000 per month in child support with the couple’s two kids collecting 1.8% of Slash’s income until the year 2036.

The deal means Slash gets to keep his prized collection of more than 200 exotic guitars, valued at $1.92 million, according to The Blast.

The most expensive one reportedly is a 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard Flame Top worth $375,000.

Before reaching the deal, the sparring ex-spouses went back and forth for months.

Ferrar’s lawyers reportedly claimed Slash earned $45 million last year alone and was hiding his true worth during their negotiations.
