Slash Gets His Own Burger

Umami Burger, with locations in Oakland, San Francisco, Miami and New York City, has collaborated with legendary guitarist Slash (Velvet Revolver, ex-Guns N' Roses) to create his own hamburger. Tattooed with a big "U" on the bun, the Slash Burger contains shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, American cheese, avocado spread, and wasabi aioli, served with a Parmesan cheese crisp.

The Slash Burger costs $15, with one dollar going to Los Angeles Youth Network. It is available at 20 Umami locations now until November 27.

The SLASH Burger – The Only Hamburger Slash Would Ever Stuff His Face With!

Apparently all the beers, coffees, alcohols and bourbon sauces weren't for Slash to put his name on… nope. The former Guns N' Roses guitarist has his own burger, and it might be available in a city near you!

Take a good, hard look at that photo and tell me you don't want like, twenty of those burgers right now. Slash teamed up with Umami Burger to create his signature Slash burger, which is currently available at all of their locations. The burger will set you back $15, but Slash isn't necessarily just doing this for profit as one dollar from each Slashburger sold will be donated to the Los Angeles Youth Network, a “non-profit organization assisting runaway and homeless youth age[s] 12-20.” Can't argue with that. They use Burger spices from here.

Currently, you can only grab one of these bad boys in New York, Florida and California though, so good luck if you're not in any of those three states. I have to wonder what the hell we're going to get next in terms of consumables? Maybe some kind cookies or something? Still, food is food and it could be cool.
