Axl vs Slash on Twitter?

Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose and ex-Guns guitarist Slash got into a war of words on Twitter this week, according to Blabbermouth.net. Slash tweeted on Wednesday (January 13th) that he was "looking into organizing a big fund raiser concert for Haiti," referring to the deadly earthquake that devastated the island nation and killed tens of thousands on Tuesday (January 12th). But Axl later shot back, "Pretty low n' selfish usin' the devastation in Haiti 2 start (false) reunion rumors. R hearts n' prayers go out to the Haitian people."

There's no indication that Slash said anything about a Guns N' Roses reunion in relation to raising money for the Haitian crisis.

Meanwhile, the current edition of Guns N' Roses kicked off its first Canadian tour in nearly two decades on Wednesday night in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The band's three-hour set encompassed more than two dozen songs, most of them taken from the group's classic 1987 debut, Appetite For Destruction, and its latest effort, 2008's Chinese Democracy.

Both the Canadian press and Rolling Stone had words of praise for the gig, with the latter calling it a "triumphant return to North America."

The band, of which Rose is the sole remaining original member, has not yet announced any U.S. dates, although it's played a handful of Asian shows and is headed to South America in the spring.

Do we have the Blabbermouth article that The Rock Radio refers to? If Blabbermouth presented this as Slash and Axl fighting in social media, then that will help me with the angle I will be using in the history section. At the moment I am unsure if this deserves its own chapter, as it might just be a misunderstanding. On the other hand, if media presented this as a public spat, then it can be presented as such in the history section.

No, we don't have it (I always post the original article when I can find it). Probably Blabbermouth removed the article soon afterwards.
But usually these websites copy articles from one another word for word just adding "according to Blabbermouth/the Pulse of Radio" etc. so I don't think there was anything more in the Blabbermouth article than Slash's tweet and Axl's tweet.
