After scraping the rust off with two high-profile gigs, the revamped Guns N' Roses will kick off their first tour in seven years with a string of European headlining dates in June.
The group will headline shows in the German cities of Nuremberg, Nurburgring and Berlin, as well as Imola, Italy, and Arnhem, Holland. GN'R announced in October they would launch a world tour in the summer to support the long-awaited Chinese Democracy, expected in June.
Guns N' Roses played their first U.S. show in seven years at the House of Blues in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve and followed up with an appearance at last month's Rock in Rio festival in Brazil.
Chinese Democracy will be the group's first studio effort since the 1993 covers collection The Spaghetti Incident?, and the band's first album of original material since 1991's pair of Use Your Illusion albums.
Singer Axl Rose is the group's only remaining original member. Along with veteran GN'R keyboardist Dizzy Reed, the current lineup includes guitarists Buckethead, Robin Finck and Paul Tobias (a.k.a. Paul Huge); former Primus drummer Brian "Brain" Mantia; and former Replacements bassist Tommy Stinson.
The Nuremberg and Nurburgring shows will also feature Limp Bizkit.
European tour dates, according to Guns management Big FD Entertainment:
6/1 - Nuremberg, Germany @ Rock IM Park
6/3 - Nurburgring, Germany @ Rock Am Ring
6/5 - Berlin, Germany @ Waldbuhne
6/17 - Imola, Italy @ Jammin Fest
6/23 -Arnhem, Holland @ Gelredome
