So, from the interesting alternatives list only Hard School hasn't been played yet?

Oh yes, that was there as well! One the one hand I would be interested in all covers GNR does. On the other hand, they already have so many covers in their set..

Yes, I agree. I wouldn't want it to become a staple or push out a GN'R song. I just want to hear it once, to hear what they would do to it.

Watch Guns N’ Roses Perform ‘Dead Horse’ for First Time in 26 Years
The 'Use Your Illusion' deep cut was last played in 1993
By Andy Greene
Guns N’ Roses are three and a half years into their Not in This Lifetime reunion tour, but they are still finding ways to sprinkle surprises into their shows.
The latest one came Wednesday night at Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Arena when they dug out the Use Your Illusion deep cut “Dead Horse” for the first time since 1993.
The group took a long break after wrapping up the previous leg of the tour at Hawaii’s Aloha Stadium on December 8th, 2018, but they picked up again last month to hit a handful of festival dates and arena gigs in secondary markets like Lincoln, Nebraska, and Jacksonville, Florida. The tour wraps up with two shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in early November, but will resume in March when they play a series of Lollapalooza dates in South America.
The Guns N’ Roses setlist is built around their large catalog of hits, but they’ve also resurrected lesser-known songs like “Locomotive,” “Out Ta Get Me” and “Shadow of Your Love,” in addition to the Velvet Revolver tune “Slither” and covers like Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun,” Glen Campbell’s “Wichita Lineman” and the Who’s “The Seeker.”
One thing they haven’t done is perform any new songs, although the band has hinted many times in recent interviews that they may headed into the studio at some point in the near future to record their first LP since 2008’s Chinese Democracy and their first with Slash and Duff McKagan back in the band since the 1993 covers collection The Spaghetti Incident.

Watch Guns N’ Roses Play ‘Dead Horse’ for First Time Since 1993
By Dave Lifton
Guns N' Roses performed the Use Your Illusion I song "Dead Horse" for the first time in 26 years during their show at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City last night.
You can check out a video below.
According to Setlist, the band last played the song at the Estadio River Plate in Buenos Aires, which was the final show of the tour in support of the two Use Your Illusion albums. That also turned out to be the last time Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan appeared onstage together until the start of their Not in This Lifetime tour in April 2016.
The second-to-last track on Use Your Illusion I, "Dead Horse" wasn't a single, though the band thought enough of the song to include it on the 12-song single-disc distillation of the two volumes that arrived in 1998.
This sin't the first time Guns N' Roses have broken out an obscurity on this stretch of dates, which began a month ago. On Oct. 7 in Wichita, Kan., they performed Use Your Illusion II's “Locomotive (Complicity)” for the first time since Feb. 20, 1992.
Guns N' Roses will remain on the road through Nov. 2, when they play the last of two nights at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. After that, it's expected they'll head into the studio. Back in May, Slash said the group would begin working on a new album after concluding their performing commitments.
"When we finish the tour in the fall," the guitarist said, "then we will commence working on [what] will end up being the next Guns record.”
