The first “no holds barred” GUNS N’ ROSES show since the Roxy Theatre Shows!!!

Friday July 11th 1986, at 10:00pm, GUNS N’ ROSES will play the Troubadour, (under our own name, by the way) with brand new songs, cool – props, lots’ a girls, and the rest as a tribute to HOLLYWOOD prior to the production of our debute-album on GEFFEN RECORDS!!!

YEAH!!!

For your personal information, we have been playing around town under psuedonymn “FARGIN BASTIGES”, for promotional reasons, butt finally ... what you’ve been waiting for, a full fuckin’ fledged, teeth grinding, butt slammin’, foot stompin’ stylin’ “GUNS N’ ROSES” show; it will be hot, so be cool and get there early!!!

YES YOU!!!

Also, late breaking news from inside sources lets you know to watch for the independently released limited, “GUNS N’ ROSES BOOTLEG ALBUM” on the shelves within the month. It will only be on limited-release, so get it before it’s too late!!!

How can we be certain this is the 5th newsletter? They used to come out every month, why did none come out in the last few months?

Maybe we should ask @troccoli, who has it under "Newsletter #5" on his site. Same with the next newsletter (#6) which is from December 1986.
It's possible that they hadn't sent any newsletters after they were signed, between April and June, because they hadn't played proper shows under the Guns N' Roses name in those months.
