AXL ROSE'S eight-month marriage to ERIN EVERLY, daughter of DON EVERLY of EVERLY BROTHERS fame, is history. In court papers quoted in Rolling Stone, the GUNS Ν’ ROSES singer says that even before they tied the knot last April their relationship was marked by "severe property damage, mutual acts of violence and humiliation and similar such activities."

The rocker, who had filed for divorce 26 days into the marriage, said. "I am an artist and performer, and I sincerely believed Erin was my greatest inspiration." But Inspiration turned to instigation. Everly left for "weeks on end without notice." said Rose, 28.
