New record to be released this Christmas? - FALSE

According to HBK7 who was at a Tel Aviv nightclub recently and got to talk with Axl for a couple of minutes, Axl told him that the next record will be out at Christmas.

It still sort of ties in with what Richard said about hoping to release later this year...

I will guess a live offering is in the works with lots of photos, pro-shot DVD of best performances from this tour with added travelogue type "in the life of GNR on tour" kind of like a box-set. The specially packaged release will be a release from some old GNR material that will be generally retired, and a springboard for some newer stuff, maybe an EP to accompany the Christmas release, and a T-shirt for people who purchase some special made-for-dyed-in-the-wool fans of this current line-up of GNR via gunsnroses.com. I will buy the special package IF there is at least as much as an EP of never-heard-before material. I will do without the T-shirt and just get the DVD of tour footage otherwise - must have that. Of course my guess could be 100% wrong.

Haha, if only they would release a live dvd / blu-ray. I've been saying they should since 2006.
