Izzy was mesmerized by Amsterdam:

Like the cabby said, "Speed limit? What speed limit—who cares? Prostitution—who cares? It's legal. Drugs—who cares? You can buy anything you want." It's the most degenerate place I've ever been. [...] In Amsterdam, they have fucking hash bars with menus of all the different types of hash.
