A new Axl Rose song, the first in 10 years, appears to have debuted on the Looney Tunes TV series.
An episode of New Looney Tunes, which aired in the US on Christmas Day, features a cameo from the rocker in cartoon form, turning up to ask Bugs Bunny and his friends for directions to the Civic Centre, where he's due to perform with his band, Steel Underpants.
When he's told a giant asteroid is heading towards Earth, Rose says that his new speakers can "shake mountains to the ground".
"Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” Bugs says, to which Rose jokingly replies: “That I should go back to wearing a mesh jersey and kilt again?”
The cartoon rabbit then suggests he should play his music loud enough to blow up the asteroid, with the Looney Tunes themselves serving as his backing band. They then launch into a song titled "Rock the Rock".
There is no confirmation whether it's Rose in the episode or whether he recorded the track featured. A representative for Rose has been contacted for clarification.
Rose's band, Guns N' Roses, have proven themselves to be fans of the cartoon in the past, having opened shows on their Not in This Lifetime tour, which spanned from 2016 to 2018, with the Looney Tunes theme.
The last album released by the band was 2008's Chinese Democracy, which itself followed 1993's The Spaghetti Incident?.

Blabbermouth, same date:

Did Axl Rose Share His First New Song In 10 Years In A 'Looney Tunes' Episode?
A new song from Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose may have surfaced in the TV show "New Looney Tunes", which airs on the Boomerang streaming service.
The episode, which premiered on December 24, features Axl as a character. In the clip called "Armageddon Outta Here, Part Two", Rose asks Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig and company how to get to the Civic Center, where he is scheduled to perform that night with his band Steel Underpants. After the "Looney Tunes" characters tell Axl there is a giant asteroid heading towards earth, he informs them his new speakers can "shake mountains to the ground." Bugs then proposes that Rose play loud enough to destroy the asteroid before it can land, with the "Looney Tunes" gang serving as his backing band. The group then proceeds to play a song called "Rock The Rock", ultimately blowing up the asteroid and saving the world.
Although there has been no official confirmation that Axl did, in fact, contribute his talking and singing voice to the "New Looney Tunes", it definitely sounds like him. Furthermore, it is worth noting that Guns N' Roses has used the "Looney Tunes" theme to open concerts on its "Not In This Lifetime" tour.

Re: 2018.12.26 - The Independent - The first new Axl Rose song in 10 years may have debuted on a Looney Tunes episode
Alternative Nation, Dec. 27, 2018:
-----------------------------------------
Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose’s new song “Rock The Rock” is registered on BMI as being written by Joshua Funk and Rob Janas. Joshua Funk writes music for the show Wabbit, which the Axl Rose Looney Tunes song and performance appeared on. The publisher is Warner-Barham Music LLC. It is unclear of Funk and Janas recorded all of the instrumentals, or if other musicians were brought in, but it seems unlikely that Slash, Angus Young, or any members of Guns N’ Roses or AC/DC were involved.
