It is intriguing with unknown setlists, especially from 1991 when many people should have been there. I just did a little detective work and found a guy on the Internet who attended the show, here's what he replied to me in email on the gig:

I went to that show, all I really remember is that they played alot of
new songs, before the albums came out. Axl was using a teleprompter for
the lyrics. I think they played double talking jive

Well, I found the setlist on setlist. fm now. He was right, DTJ was played.
